Director, Foundry Sales Account Manager and Business Development

What You Do We are looking for a Director, Account Sales and Business Development Manager for Samsung Foundry. The individual will develop, acquire and grow new accounts for our expanding Foundry business. Responsibilities include:
Lead contract negotiations and manage sales operations after account conversion.
Generate and drive new accounts to successful engagements, leading account management from first contact to final onboarding.
Articulate Samsung’s strengths by applying expertise in semiconductor process or design technology.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Process or Design) on RFQs and eventual design awards.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring Qualifications and experience required:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Business or Engineering with 20+, 18+, or 15+ years of related experience respectively (MBA with Engineering degree a plus).
Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Foundries or supply chain in a customer‑facing role.
Understanding of advanced node semiconductor process technology, IP ecosystem and industry landscape.
Proven results establishing creative partnerships and closing complex deals.
Strong independent work ethic, drive to win, and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide.
Extensive network and experience managing executive relationships.
Inclusive mindset and adaptability to diverse global norms.
Avid learner and creative problem‑solver.
