Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will partner with world class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Mechanical systems and equipment integration and oversight

Requirements Validation and Verification

Qualification plan development and execution

Schedule and Milestone development/management

Estimating and budget preparation and analysis

Risk/opportunity development and management

Project execution and performance management

Qualifications The annual base salary range for this position is $138,000.00 - $165,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

5 + years of systems engineering experience

WE VALUE

5 + years of systems and project engineering experience in the aerospace industry

Specific experience in any of the following is a major differentiator: environmental control systems, vapor cycle systems, air cycle systems, fuel tank systems, system architecture, turbomachines, heat transfer, or controls

Requirements management using DOORS or DOORS NG

MBSE

Create relevant action plans that bring value to our internal or external customers

Some experience in electromechanical engineering, particularly thermal management systems

Program management skills with some experience in Earned Value Management

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events

Ability to convey complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

Excellent communication skills to all audiences

MS Office mastery
