Maintenance & Engineering Manager

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring critical maintenance (mechanical, electrical, & DCS) and engineering programs Accountable for the implementation of maintenance and engineering best practices. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance as required by PSM and sound engineering and business practices. Manage the site utilities Execute capital plan on schedule and within budget and capital budget management
