We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices Proficient in construction estimating and contract management Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints Experience using project management software Procore Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels About the Company:

We are a developing company in the San Diego metro area, engaged in ground-up multiunit construction projects, as well as entitlement of multiple land lots ready for construction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Ensure construction projects are done on time and on budget Outline and create a scope of work for the specific construction project Be able to locate, vet, and hire contractors, subcontractors, trades, and vendors Have projects bid on by multiple contractors and be versed in analyzing line item bids Create construction job timeline, benchmarks, and draw schedule based upon scope and bid Manage contractors/subs/vendors to said timeline and benchmark schedule Visit construction jobs frequently to check progress, meet with crews, and take pictures and videos Benefits:
