Construction Estimator and Purchasing Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices Proficient in construction estimating and contract management Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints Experience using project management software Procore Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $56,000 - $135,000 per year, and benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities will also include: Create scopes of work and budgets Meet and work with different vendors/contractors Document and manage projects to completion Weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include: Number of bids collected per project: 3 Planned vs actual timeline: +/- 10% Planned vs actual budget: +/- 5% Planned vs actual scope of work completed: 99%+ Number of defects at final walkthrough: #J-18808-Ljbffr
