A valid driver\'s license and a vehicle Willingness to travel on-site to client locations in and around Stamford, CT Core requirements
High school diploma Experience supporting inbound customer requests or L2 issue resolution Experience with Ticketing Systems Experience with Desktop hardware/software support Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products and Desktop Applications Experience with Active Directory Experience with Networking (VPN, LAN/WAN, DNS) Experience with Virtualization (VMWare and/or Hyper-V) Major Responsibilities
Providing timely resolution to Level-2 technical support issues as first line and escalation support. Install and maintain desktop hardware and software Remediate customer problems and conduct scheduled installs Ensure technical documentation is created and tested, etc. Seniority level
