## Industrial Engineering ManagerMarion,Ohio,USA## **This role in summary**The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for supervising plant industrial engineers. The person in this position will interact with management to develop hourly and salary staffing plans and lead actions to achieve productivity objectives. The selected individual will interact with production management on a daily basis regarding all matters related to staffing requirements as well as support the development of direct and indirect labor budgets with Manufacturing NPI teams.## **Your responsibilities will include*** The Industrial Engineering Manager

is responsible for labor tracking (standard/non-standard)* Labor studies* Development of Ergonomics studies and manpower planning/leveling/adjustments according to assembly plants' production schedules* Administrative Manufacturing production system support* New program system design reviews and optimization (Routers, Standardized work, Standard costing, minibill)* World Class Manufacturing deployment through focused and systematic pillar integration## **Minimum requirements*** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering* 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience* World Class Manufacturing understanding## **Preferred skills and experiences*** Process development, and/or project management experience preferred* Process development, advanced technical degrees, and black belt certification desired.
