They are seeking a high-level AI engineering operator to help them build out a next-generation venture builder platform. Who You Are A fast-moving builder who thrives in startup environments. Your Role Design and deliver advanced AI/LLM-powered solutions that accelerate how new healthcare ventures are created. Develop technical architectures that support large-scale, data-driven research, knowledge systems, and AI-native workflows. Collaborate with founders as both a technologist and thought partner, helping them validate, shape, and launch new companies. Raise the bar for technical excellence across the organization and set the standard for how we apply AI to healthcare challenges. Your Technical Background 7+ years in a senior engineering role within a venture-backed startup; experience as a founder or in a venture environment is a plus. Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI, asyncio, PyTorch) and familiarity with at least one agentic/AI framework. Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure and tools such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, LangChain, and others.
