We are looking for an AS/400 Developer with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform Impact Analysis and prepare/understand Functional Specifications, as well as digest Tech Specs and quickly develop good quality AS400 modules in a multi-tech team environment. Key skills required include COBOL, Synon, RPG, and good analytical skills. Experience in the Health Care sector and RxClaim Adjudication is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of software development, including definition, design, implementation, testing, and delivery. Analyse, design, and develop software modules for targeted application domains. Enhance, modify, and correct existing software modules. Contribute to planning and estimation activities. Desirable Skills
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills. Ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholders. Education
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
