You are an experienced and skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in security domains including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. You excel at articulating complex technical solutions to audiences with varying levels of domain knowledge and are proficient in all aspects of the technical sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Partner with our Federal sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to customers, tailored for unique use cases and environments. Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations. Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management. Requirements:
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales. Must have a strong network of US Federal and Federal Channel Technical Contacts. Experience with link analysis tools preferred (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir). Nice to Have:
Familiarity with compliance standards and certifications such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, and/or TIC 3.0. Previous experience with SaaS-based cybersecurity platforms or threat intel solutions.
