KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting to join our Finance & Accounting organization. Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of various monthly financial reports Work with functional leaders in developing their annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and projections Routinely review, analyze financial results, communicate variances and recommend solutions with team and functional leader Provide decision support through modeling and ad hoc analysis Lead or participate in team projects and continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives Support functional CFO with ad hoc projects Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent, progressive accounting and finance experience; preferably within a professional services environment Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field from an accredited college or university Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, SAP, and Business Objects HANA Experience with business analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau are some examples) preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
