KPMG US is seeking a
Manager, Finance Technology Transformation
to join our CFO/F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in our CFO organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee the portfolio of technology initiatives across the CFO organization, understanding dependencies and linkages between various initiatives; update the portfolio based on changing priorities, technology capabilities, and ongoing initiative status; present portfolio status in leadership meetings on a periodic basis, highlighting issues and opportunities
Lead the integration of Automation and AI initiatives, including Generative AI, across the CFO organization; identify strategic opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Automation, and Agentic AI for process optimization and advanced analytics
Work with Digital Nexus (IT) and CFO process owners and leadership to develop, document and maintain the consolidated technology strategy roadmap and portfolio for the CFO organization
Drive collaboration with CFO professionals and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions; provide leadership and serve as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT) and other internal groups
Establish thought leadership by proactively researching Technology, Data, and AI trends; continuously recommend innovative solutions and improvements to align with market developments
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in finance technology transformation, Automation and AI, with proven leadership in process automation and improvement projects
MBA and/or advanced degree from an accredited college or university required in computer science or related field; bachelor's degree in business, computer science, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university required
Progressive experience in the implementation, support, and use of finance applications such as ERP, EPM, data, reporting and analytics; strong business and technology acumen and a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting business processes, applications, system architectures, and data models; proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning model development
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders; excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex technological concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional projects
