Associate Trial Attorney

Ford & Britton, P.C. is a small, well-established litigation firm based in the Chicago Loop. We focus on insurance defense litigation, with a strong emphasis on construction, premises liability, and transportation matters. We are currently seeking an Associate Trial Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish — including depositions, court appearances, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience Licensed to practice in Illinois and in good standing Ability to manage a full litigation caseload independently Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Experience with court appearances, depositions, and trial prep A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to client service What We Offer: Traditional benefits package Supportive, team-oriented culture Flexible remote work options Opportunities for meaningful case responsibility and trial work Interested?
