Mid-Sized, thriving Personal Injury Law Firm, located near the Silver Spring Metro Station, is seeking a full-time Worker’s Compensation Paralegal capable of handling cases from inception to demand.

Minimum 2 years exp. in the field. Spanish speaking a PLUS. Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact and triages prospective clients to the appropriate resource based on client needs, geographic location and other qualifying firm criteria. Responds to potential clients via phone, email, chat, and text. Coordinates and assists with the intake schedules for all attorneys. Ensures timely response from attorneys to prospective clients. Performs client relation responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and conflict resolution. Seeks client feedback to improve future firm-client relationships. Qualifications

Bilingual is a PLUS (English and Spanish) Experience drafting and filing legal documents for Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Entry level paralegal experience preferred/considered Professional attitude and demeanor, with the ability to work in both groups and individually Administrative experience, including faxing, filing, typing, and other administrative skills Strong communication skills Independent thinker capable of developing and suggesting new and better means of completing assigned tasks Job Type: Full-time
