Level III - $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I), Level IV - $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I) Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors. Human Resources Specialist III : Performs moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management. Human Resources Specialist IV : Performs human resources assignments which regularly encompass complex problems combined with the responsibility for management advisory service. Requirements

A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university. Specialized Experience:
