Salary:
Level III - $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I), Level IV - $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I) Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors. Human Resources Specialist III : Performs moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management. To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements: Basic Education/Experience:
A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university. Specialized Experience:
For Level III, one and one half years and for Level IV, two and one-half years of professional work experience in one or any combination of human resources management functions. Substitutions Allowed:
