Tax Manager
to lead engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with long-term growth potential and make a direct impact on client success. What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality tax planning and compliance services for individuals with complex financial portfolios and business interests Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables Mentor and lead staff accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and the impact of evolving tax laws Work closely with firm partners and clients to develop trusted advisor relationships Contribute to firm growth through exceptional service (business development a plus, not required) What You Bring: 7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual and business taxation CPA required (or actively pursuing); MST strongly preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex tax structures Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long-term career growth Why This Role?
