Responsibilities & Skills

Accountabilities: Develop FPGA-based solution specifications based on customer requests in various verticals including industrial automation, client computing and automotive among others. Partner with IPs design and application engineers in delivering and fine-tuning design implementation for performance/power (accuracy, speed, breadth etc.). Collaborate with UX testers to define scope of validation, review test results, interpret data and implement improvements to solutions. Requirements: BS/MS in EE/CE with 10+ years of experience in architecture/microarchitecture, RTL design and verification. Hands-on RTL design and verification experience working on either ASICs, SOCs or FPGAs is required. Familiarity with advanced verification methodologies including UVM is desirable. Experience in developing or integrating the following IPs is required - SDI, HDMI, Display Port, SLVS-EC, MIPI, USB, I2C, Ethernet. Experience in implementing and optimizing hardware-accelerated deep learning models (e.g. CNNs) on FPGAs for high throughput, low latency and low power is a plus. Experience with system integration of multiple IPs, software/hardware co-design for solutions is highly desirable. Ability to analyze architectures/microarchitectures and circuit options to find optimal design points considering power/performance/area tradeoffs is required. Problem solver and creative thinker, ability to transform ideas from research articles into working solutions for real-world problems.
