For details about how we typically screen applications, review our overview of the .* Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration (in lieu of a degree we will consider equivalent related experience)* Three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical experience in finance or accounting* One (1) year of experience supervising a team or equivalent experience in a leadership role* Master's Degree or advanced coursework in Accounting, Business, Finance or a directly related field* Management experience with a demonstrated interest in leading and coaching a diverse team* Advanced communication skills and adeptness at resolving conflict* Experience with leading change management* Experience in administering budgets with numerous revenue sources* Advanced and thorough knowledge of principles and practices of public sector accounting, including: Procurement, contract administration, travel and training expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable* Ability to create and edit Google Sheets* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite enterprise products* Commitment to racial equity and social justice.
