The starting pay ranges from $24 - $30 per hour. OCCU is hiring a Credit Bureau Specialist. Credit Bureau Specialists handle credit bureau disputes within the FCRA guidelines, documenting and tracking requests to ensure timely resolution. They coordinate with internal teams, research account legitimacy, and update members on dispute status. Additional duties include maintaining management reports and responding to credit bureau inquiries from members and staff. Applicants need at least two years of financial services experience, one year working with e-Oscar and consumer disputes, and strong attention to detail.
