R35471**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to support the fastest growing business unit of the company through a strategic finance and FP&A lens, and you’ll play a key part in driving the organization’s financial decision-making process to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.**At Datasite, we will expect you to:*** Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.* Develop and maintain revenue and retention models, including cohort analysis, churn forecasting, and ARR/MRR tracking.* Build and enhance SaaS-specific analytics, including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and ROI modeling for new initiatives.* Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and ROI modeling.* Translate financial results into board level commentary, monthly business unit review materials, and KPIs in partnership with the functional leaders, Accounting and Executive teams.* Lead process improvement and automation through modeling enhancements, streamlining reporting and building out new processes to better support our business partners.* Effectively communicate financial results to identify risks and opportunities within the business.**What we are looking for:*** **4+ years** of experience in a strategic finance or FP&A role at a high growth company or in a corporate finance, management consulting, investment bank, or private equity role* Strong data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis* Ability to turn financial data into Executive and Investor level presentations* Experience in Adaptive Planning and Workday is a plus* You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment.* You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through**Work Location & Flexibility**This position is based in our **Minneapolis** office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work **on-site a minimum of two days per week**. Please note that **specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days** based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
