Overview

Senior Financial Analyst (onsite/hybrid) As a key member of the Accounting and Planning team, you will be part of AgriBank’s mission to support the people who feed the world. The Senior Financial Analyst maintains and updates AgriBank’s financial business planning model, leads the forecasting process and reports and analyzes cost center reporting. This position also prepares monthly internal board reporting processes and ad hoc reporting. Additionally, this position prepares quarterly processes related to AgriBank’s Performance Scorecard. Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis Preparation AgriBank Business Planning & Forecasts Reporting: Maintains planning model; reviews calculations and adjusts assumptions based on guidance; reviews changes made by analysts; prepares reports and analyzes variances to business plan; gathers data and coordinates forecasting processes with management; responds to questions regarding reporting or data needs from management AgriBank Internal Management Reporting: Prepares and analytical review of financial statements with supporting documentation; determines relevant information, explanations and supporting documentation; facilitates review of reports by management; analyzes monthly activity and trends; ensures timely and accurate reporting related to CEO, board of directors expenses and other ad hoc reporting; performs review of reports for consistency with supporting documentation; reconciles data, manual inputs and updates to reporting data as necessary; ensures timely and accurate reporting of reports; responds to questions regarding reporting or data needs from management AgriBank Cost Center Reporting: Reviews business service income and operating expenses compared to budget; leads cost center manager meetings for budgets and updated forecasts; reviews reports for accuracy; researches, documents and communicates variances to cost center managers and management; responds to questions regarding reporting or data needs from management Performance Scorecard: Prepares, calculates and communicates performance scorecard results; identifies and communicates trends to management District Data Management: Serves as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Financial Planning & Analysis Financial Planning & Analysis Coordination: Performs and participates in training for new/promoted team members and new/revised processes; prepares reporting calendar and daily/weekly/monthly tasks and proposes timelines required to meet reporting and daily deadlines; coordinates requests from Bank departments, auditors and other third parties; reviews requested deliverables from Bank departments, auditors and other third parties; prepares and submits requested information to Bank departments, auditors and other third parties Relationship Management: Responds to client requests via District Self Service tool, email or phone; resolves client questions, concerns and communicates resolution in a timely manner; assists clients in resolutions of business planning issues by completing research and recommending solutions Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field 2 years public accounting experience or 5 years related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge

Advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting concepts Advanced knowledge of banking industry and financial concepts Advanced knowledge of GAAP Intermediate knowledge of financial reporting standards and processes Intermediate knowledge of FCA reporting regulations and requirements Intermediate knowledge of internal controls Basic knowledge of project coordination principles and practices Skills

Advanced proficiency in financial planning and analysis models Advanced proficiency in office software Microsoft Office Suite Advanced proficiency in enterprise performance management (e.g., EPM) Basic proficiency in general ledger systems Physical Requirements

The typical base range for this role is between $85,000-$131,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. Benefits
