Controller
to oversee key accounting functions and support a flexible, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Lead construction accounting processes such as monthly close, reconciliations, cost-to-complete reviews, and WIP reporting.
Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606, backlog forecasting, billing, collections, and cash flow planning.
Manage system transitions, audit coordination, labor tracking, and subcontractor compliance.
Oversee internal controls, payroll and tax compliance, and strategic financial partnership with operations and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA licensure preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in construction accounting at a senior level (Controller or Assistant Controller).
Experience with accounting software selection and implementation, financial analysis, and construction-specific reporting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external partners such as CPA firms and auditors.
Salary Range:
$180,000 - $200,000 DOE
