Digital Designer

to drive our digital marketing growth through engaging design aligned with our brand. A keen eye for detail, the ability to manage projects from concept to completion, and a luxury design aesthetic are essential for success. This role primarily involves digital design projects, including print collateral, with collaboration across departments in Costa Mujeres, Mexico, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The position is remote and based in the United States. Growth and mentorship of other designers are also important aspects of this role. Responsibilities include: Design and maintain branded email templates in Parcel.io, updating content for promotions and product positioning for B2B audiences or partners' customer databases, exporting packaged HTML ZIP files for deadlines. Support campaign execution and user engagement improvements with the marketing automation team. Create high-converting digital banners for campaigns, promotions, newsletters, and portals. Adapt creative assets for various formats and placements across advertorials, email, newsletters, social media, websites, and print ads. Design social media assets targeting travel agents and industry partners, maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for timely graphics for campaigns and initiatives. Design support for presentations and webinars using Canva and PowerPoint, creating compelling, brand-aligned materials. Contribute to the creation of Majestic Resorts’ first B2B portal, including sitemap, user flows, and wireframes. Create detailed mockups and visual designs for a seamless UX experience. Establish a digital style guide for travel partners. Ensure brand guideline adherence across all digital and print touchpoints. Design print and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, and sales tools. Support visual brand identity for the corporate and individual resort brands, restaurants, bars, and programs, refining digital brand guidelines as needed. Transform concepts into user interfaces, leveraging digital media in events and tradeshows. Proofread marketing materials, understand the product, and collaborate with teams for effective visual solutions. Manage digital assets with partners, ensuring technical specifications are met. Coordinate efforts with B2C designers and bring insights for engaging B2B audiences. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Experience: At least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in hospitality or travel. Languages: Spanish: Limited working proficiency (preferred but not required). Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Basic HTML5 and CSS for emails and landing pages CMS platforms (Magnolia, WordPress) Strong B2B digital marketing design understanding UX/UI design for web portals and emails Grid and responsive design systems Self-organization and project management skills Visual storytelling and typography skills Designing for print and tradeshow booths Basic knowledge of After Effects or Final Cut
