Applications Engineering and Product Lifecycle Transformation Leader
at the Member of Technical Staff grade to drive our product planning and lifecycle management initiatives. This strategic role will lead
AI-first, data-driven transformations
in how we define, launch new products, and retire obsolete products ensuring all aspects of the “whole product” – from technical collateral to go-to-market plans – are in place for success. The ideal candidate has deep experience in semiconductor product marketing and applications engineering, coupled with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects. The candidate must exhibit a deep passion for learning AI and utilizing AI for transforming business processes. You will partner with teams across product marketing, Applications Engineering, R&D, IT, Sales and operations to accelerate product planning (using AI where possible), improve product lifecycle processes, and deliver superior results in new product introductions and end-to-end product management.
Responsibilities
Lead AI-first, data-driven transformations for product planning and lifecycle management across the organization.
Partner with teams across product marketing, Applications Engineering, R&D, IT, Sales and operations to accelerate product planning and improve lifecycle processes.
Deliver superior results in new product introductions and end-to-end product management.
Qualifications
Deep experience in semiconductor product marketing and applications engineering.
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Deep passion for learning AI and utilizing AI for transforming business processes.
Cross-functional leadership with the ability to lead taskforces (e.g., WPP, PLM) and coordinate globally dispersed stakeholders.
