Model-Based Systems Engineer responsible for developing models and digital engineering artifacts that enable a system-of-systems view across Navy and DoD programs Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including software developers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists, supporting high-visibility projects that emphasize innovation, integration, and real-world application of MBSE practices Apply MBSE practices, techniques, and tools to systems design and integration Support systems engineering activities: architecture, design, V&V, and digital thread integration Explore AI/ML techniques as part of model-based analysis workflows Prepare reports, briefs, and digital artifacts for internal and external stakeholders Work collaboratively with diverse technical teams in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field Qualifications
Experience applying MBSE practices, techniques, and tools to systems design and integration Experience applying MBSE practices, techniques, and tools to systems design and integration Experience supporting systems engineering activities: architecture, design, V&V, and digital thread integration Interest in exploring AI/ML techniques as part of model-based analysis workflows Skill in preparing reports, briefs, and digital artifacts for internal and external stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively with diverse technical teams in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field Salary and Benefits

Remote work is not available for this role due to DoD project classifications. You will have a desk at the G2 Ops office and may work at a government site with prior approval and remote work where permissible. DoD Clearance:
