The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience and be prepared to work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters including antitrust, construction, product liability, real estate, financial services, energy, and other areas. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, possess excellent writing skills and be able to work independently to manage a myriad of deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The candidate should have experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, and trial experience is a plus.
