Remote Litigation Docket Supervisor
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Docket Supervisor to lead its operations and a team of specialists.
This is a fully remote position that can pay up to $115,000 depending on experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation docketing experience. Strong substantive knowledge of US federal and state docketing practices. Knowledge of litigation docket software (e.g., Compulaw Vision, Milana, Juralaw, or similar systems). Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of Docket Specialists. Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily docket workflows and clear critical deadlines. Responsibilities:
Directing daily litigation docketing workflows and providing technical support to specialists. Managing team administration (PTO, overtime, timesheets, and performance evaluations). Coordinating the transfer of matters (incoming/outgoing) and identifying associated deadlines. Assisting with quality control, system audits, and data clean-up projects within the docketing system. Preparing custom reports for internal attorneys and external clients. Pluses:
Experience with IP litigation docketing. Compensation:
$80,000-$105,000 per year
