Senior Software Engineer

Our client, an international tech scale-up, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Germany (remote from anywhere in Europe) to simplify regulatory technology through one of the leading ecosystems in Europe. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a key player in the international development team, working on exciting projects that impact firms to align with the new cloud-based fiscal policies to increase compliance and avoid frauds across the continent. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing existing architectures and defining integration paths with our APIs. Leading technical workshops with customers and system integrators. Configuring environments, supporting production deployments, and maintaining clear documentation. Assisting the Sales team during pre-sales with demos and proof-of-concepts. Acting as a bridge between enterprise clients, Product Management, and Support. Implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures (Azure / AWS). Collaborating daily with product owners and international colleagues in a DevOps environment. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a passionate and skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment: 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, software integration, or back-end development. Experience leading a small team. Client-facing. Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS). Proficiency in PHP and Python. Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in
