InDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to serve as a contract lead for a new emerging technology contract. This individual will be the primary person responsible for managing InDev’s delivery, staffing, and performance on the contract. The Technical Project Manager will oversee ServiceNow enterprise services, drive the adoption of emerging technologies in a federated homeland security environment, and serve as the primary interface with government leadership and stakeholders.This role is critical to ensuring InDev’s mission success and alignment with customer objectives. YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary lead and driver of InDev services on the contract, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements. Provide overall leadership for program planning, staffing, risk management, and performance tracking. Manage ServiceNow enterprise platform support, ensuring alignment with DHS standards and the Technology Reference Model (TRM). Provide expertise in the integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, edge computing, cloud modernization) into a large-scale, federated enterprise environment. Act as the primary interface with government stakeholders, including program management reviews, governance boards, and executive briefings. Direct development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics required under the SOW. Lead transition-in/transition-out activities, ensuring continuity of operations and minimal disruption. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. PMP certification desired 10+ years of experience managing federal IT programs of similar size, scope, and complexity. Proven leadership in managing staffing, program performance, and contract compliance. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow as an enterprise service delivery and modernization platform. Experience introducing emerging technologies into federated federal environments. Excellent communication skills with ability to brief executives, lead teams, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

NICE TO HAVES Relevant Certifications such as Elastic Certified Analyst, Microsoft AWS Certified Machine Learning, or similar Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps UiPath experience. Tableau visualization and data analytics experience Prior experience supporting mission-critical federal environments.

Clearance:
