We are seeking a Data Analytics, Strategy & Planning Manager to support our strategic initiatives. This is your opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative team specifically responsible for Data Analytics, Strategy and Planning Responsibilities
Leading the analytics (India team of 10) responsible for delivering analytics and insight on our multimillion dollar annual supplier spend. Key drivers to deliver innovative, actionable data driven insights to create additional efficiencies. Making recommendations on and implementing next gen analytics tools. Partner with Finance, Internal audit and other key stakeholders on key initiatives/reporting requirements affecting GSSearch Lead the annual planning process and creation of a three year strategic plan. Lead the benchmarking and research for operations and sourcing functions Effectively collaborating, researching and communicating issues and action items within and outside GS Working closely with our major business stakeholders such as Finance, Sourcing managers, procurement teams and business requestors to develop (new) reports, monitor spend/usage, researching expense patterns and following up on spend related anomalies. Initiates continuous improvement within workgroup to improve reports quality and/or team productivity. Participate and stay informed through Industry Sourcing practices/forums Qualifications
Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent plus 5-7 years relevant experience Good influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution skills Good Knowledge of Procurement processes (PR, POs etc.), Finance (AP, GL etc.), ERP (Oracle/SAP) Excellent working knowledge of OBIA, Spotfire or other analytical software. Expert level experience using Excel, Access and other data tools. Good Communication: The ability to clearly and concisely articulate issue findings and can establish credibility quickly Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment. Strong customer-focus and results orientation. Strong project management, risk assessment and management, and decision making skills Experienced Leader, managing global /dispersed teams of managers and masters minimum of 5-7 years Skills and Certifications
Good Knowledge of Procurement processes (PR, POs etc.), Finance (AP, GL etc.), ERP (Oracle/SAP) Excellent working knowledge of OBIA, Spotfire or other analytical software. Expert level experience Good influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution skills Additional Information
