Position Purpose:
As a Customer Service Cashier, you will be at the heart of our retail experience. Our cashiers are essential in providing customers with quick, friendly, and accurate service. Your role will involve processing checkout and return transactions, as well as maintaining the self-checkout area.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver fast and friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Maintain a clean and organized self-checkout area.
Seek knowledge of products to assist customers and identify selling opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies to minimize shrinkage.
For Head Cashiers, support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions.
Handle customer issues and assist in the training and coaching of new Cashiers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Having 1+ years of cashier experience is advantageous and will help you succeed in this role.
