As a Customer Service Cashier, you will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will provide fast, friendly, and precise service while ensuring a safe checkout experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing checkout and return transactions efficiently. Monitoring and maintaining the self-checkout area. Actively seeking product knowledge to assist customers and identify sales opportunities. Adhering to company policies to minimize shrinkage. Supporting the team as a Head Cashier, including expediting price checks and approving point of sale transactions. Providing first-level escalation for customer issues and assisting in training new cashiers. To excel in this role, having over 1 year of cashier experience is preferred.
