Job Description
Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Software Engineer in the Atlanta GA area
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline At least four (4) years of experience designing and implementing manufacturing information systems and HMIs Proficiency with manufacturing information systems from Rockwell FactoryTalk, Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware ArchestrA, and Siemens Experience with Rockwell Automation PanelView and similar HMI products Background in integrating PLC-based manufacturing information systems with applications such as Process Monitoring, Traceability, OEE, MES, Quality, and ERP systems Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases Familiarity with Ethernet/IP and other industrial networks Programming experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Experience with machine vision systems and data collection technologies (e.g., barcode, RFID) Travel requirements are approximately 15-20%, primarily for startups at customer sites. If interested email resumes to nmccoy@apollotechnical.com or apply online
