Posting Summary The role is strategically positioned at the intersection of: * Institute for Women's Leadership (IWL) - through development and delivery of online feminist leadership curriculum; * Douglass Residential College (DRC) - through integration with the Faculty Fellows Program; * Department of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) - through research and scholarship.

Key Responsibilities * Curriculum Development: Develop, deliver, and assess online asynchronous courses on feminist leadership for IWL using the case study method; draft and submit a 3-credit course proposal for SAS curriculum review. * Student Engagement: Mentor students participating in the Leadership Scholars Certificate Program as they complete Social Action Projects; work with DRC staff to develop select SAPs into future Faculty Fellows proposals * Programmatic Support: Participate in selection committees, review core course materials, and collaborate on interdisciplinary programming. * Archival Contribution: Support the IWL archive project, including editing and preparing materials for RU-Core as needed.

This is an open-ended appointment with a maximum of 2 years. Please indicate your date of availability. Earlier start date is preferred, and applications will be reviewed as they are received.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience * PhD, preferred in Women's and Gender Studies, Education, History, or related field. * 3-5 years' experience with course development and teaching, preferably in an online teaching/learning environment.

Certifications/Licenses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Familiarity with feminist theories and approaches to feminist leadership pedagogy. * Experience with Canvas or similar Learning Management Systems. * Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. * Ability to think strategically about curriculum design, assessment, and iterative course development.
