In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Water Solution team. Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff in the regional design centers that are supporting project detailed design. Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations. Support business development related to enhanced Electrical services. Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers. Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. Review of supplier submittals. Act as a liaison between the local design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design. Startup and testing of major electrical equipment. Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) License. Ability to lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing. Support business development, including developing scope-of-work, level-of-effort, and site visits to understand the scope of the pursuit. Strong leadership skills, with desire to train and develop early career and/or inexperienced professionals. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
