Mid-Level Construction Manager - Massachusetts & New Hampshire
We are looking for a motivated Construction Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to support the successful execution of residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to further develop their skills with mentorship from senior leadership while gaining exposure to managing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites. Support the development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Work closely with senior Construction Managers to gain hands-on experience and guidance on complex projects. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work. Participate in site visits, walkthroughs, and inspections alongside senior staff. Prepare and maintain project documentation and updates for management and clients. Review bids, invoices, and change orders with guidance from senior team members. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Collaborate with senior Construction Managers to identify and resolve project issues. Contribute to project close-out processes, including punch lists and inspections. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required with strong experience). 3+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related role. Familiarity with residential and commercial construction methods, codes, and safety regulations. Must hold or be working toward a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Strong organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. What We Offer
