Accelerating Growth: Understand drivers of Digital & Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation relevant to customers and partners; consult with customers and partners to ensure value realization; coach teams to leverage transformation opportunities; educate internal partners on industry trends and solutions; expand relationships across lines of business to enable innovative solutions and market growth; leverage industry experts to identify and execute transformation opportunities. Go-to-Market and Revenue Growth: Lead development and implementation of go-to-market strategies; ensure area plans leverage market insights; guide customer planning to implement short- and long-term strategies; facilitate sharing of best practices and digital assets across Microsoft segments; drive growth through cloud solutions and new customer relationships. Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership: Demonstrate industry capabilities; represent Microsoft as a thought leader; serve as subject matter expert on local trade, regulatory, and policy environments; tailor customer engagement for specific industries and develop customer references to demonstrate value. Driving Success With And Through Others

Influence across segments, partners, and teams to drive growth and transformation; align short- and long-term account plans; establish go-to-market strategies; foster accountability and a culture of inclusion; coach on execution across markets. Executive Networking and Ecosystem Building: Build and maintain a broad executive network including partners; develop an ecosystem of customers and partners; guide engagements between partners and executives on long-term planning; create a rhythm of business with customers and partners for ongoing engagement. Inclusion and Leadership: Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, and accountability; build and lead diverse teams; reward high performance and support growth into senior roles. Leading and Transforming the Business

Coach ongoing customer value realization and satisfaction; orchestrate resources for continuous improvement; monitor relationships with key stakeholders and collect feedback to understand drivers of value and sentiment; ensure alignment with partner needs and evolve business models to drive growth. Strategic Sales and Portfolio Management: Analyze and build upon sales strategy and execution; align teams to customer, partner, and market strategies; manage pipelines and drive Digital & AI transformation solutions; lead by example to drive high-value engagements; ensure end-to-end orchestration for customer value realization and outcomes; align teams to long-term goals and market priorities. Account and Orchestration Leadership: Drive the segment with clear strategic direction; facilitate cross-team orchestration; maintain alignment with key stakeholders and leaders; drive consumption and annuity business through insights and market strategies; guide go-to-market priorities across lifecycles. People Management

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience. 2+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience. 8+ years experience in software sales or cloud solution sales. Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization. 4+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience. Sales Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
