What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Architect electrical system topologies to balance cost, speed, and quality
Lead innovation initiatives including emerging technology evaluation and product development
Develop and maintain global engineering standards and ensure consistent execution across projects
Oversee engineering studies, design plans, and system/equipment submittals
Perform value engineering analyses and recommend systems based on ROI and IRR
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical power design and construction
Data Center and/or mission-critical experience required
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, AmpCalc, and ETAP modeling software
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or UK Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with critical power infrastructure within a data center
Working knowledge of building and fire code ordinances
Proven track record in leading engineering projects that enhance sustainability
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel 15-25% as the business evolves
