What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of product-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools for product standards initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution
Monitor project risks and dependencies, driving resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders
Prepare and deliver clear project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5 years of experience in project management or technical program delivery, preferably in engineering or infrastructure
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic, global environments
Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills across technical and business audiences
Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in data centers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), civil/structural design, or other technical disciplines
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure project health and efficiency
