Overview

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer for our client site in Bothell, WA. The successful candidate will have outstanding skills and will be committed to delivering best in class, unparalleled excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Hiring salary range: $108,160.00 - $114,400.00 per hour. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes competitive pay and top-shelf benefits package. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the reliability program. Maintain all PdM program documentation and reports for review with the Program Manager and Client. Perform Facilities Asset Condition Assessments. Perform predictive maintenance routes including Electrical IR, Mechanical IR, Ultrasonic Lubrication, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, and Machinery Lubrication Analysis. Assist in PM Optimization with the sites Facilities Planner Scheduler. Perform wrench time analysis for optimal PM time intervals and provide optimized solutions for PM completion. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Review installation processes and assess the reliability of newly installed assets. Measure and optimize system performance and drive continual improvement to meet customer needs. Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety systems. Provide input to a risk management plan addressing reliability-related risks. Identify project problems or opportunities and develop approaches to mitigate or exploit them. Identify opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and develop reliability standards for proprietary machine tools and testing. Generate and follow through on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for improved reliability; lead overall RCA and corrective actions. Support MRO Specialist with critical spares generation and parts management program. Lead weekly continuous improvement activities and communicate wins and barriers to client and Amentum management. Perform high level maintenance planning and materials; plan for shutdowns and turnarounds. Develop predictive maintenance strategies and training tools. Perform risk-based asset management and root cause analysis. Support special projects, asset management, troubleshooting, and metric/performance measurement development. Manage the use and implementation of RealWear headsets for reliability training for maintenance technicians. Use predictive maintenance tools (IR, Ultrasonic, Vibration, Lubrication Analysis). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience. 2 years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance projects involving planning/scheduling, or related field. Experience with a CMMS such as MAXIMO, EAMS, or other database systems. Ability to work overtime, holidays, various shifts, weekends, and alternative schedules. Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and complete a fit test for respirators. Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client location. Ability to read and understand information from documents or computer screens; proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license; must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US citizenship or permanent residency required for facility credentials at this location. This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. Physical / Special Requirements

Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding. Repetitive motions; bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement. Walk extensively throughout the plant during shifts. Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions. Differentiate wire colors; wear steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and PPE as needed. Cope with job stress and work environment demands. Preferred Qualifications

Technical degree preferred. Knowledge of best-in-class maintenance practices and predictive maintenance. Experience as a Reliability Engineer on industrial/manufacturing projects. Experience with GMP or regulated environments (e.g., hospitals, biomedical, pharmaceutical). Ability to read repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematics. Experience with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant systems and building automation controls. CMMS experience; EAMS preferred. Certifications in Level I Ultrasound, Vibration, IR, or Oil/Lubrication. Equal Opportunity
