Sr Program Specialist, Building Automation (Finance)
As a Sr. Program Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing programs within the Building Automation sector. Your expertise will ensure that projects align with business objectives and meet customer requirements, driving operational excellence and innovation.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and work out of our Baltimore, MD location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution of programs, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

As a Sr Program Specialist, you will drive FAR15 proposals and subcontracts, perform price analyses, execute subcontracts, and collaborate across functions. Ensure compliant FAR15 packages, strategic agreements, and cost savings. REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of experience in project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience in risk management and problem-solving. WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of relevant experience in program management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
