Valid HVAC license/certifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC service. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. EPA Certification (Required). Duties
Repair, maintain HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units, roof-top package equipment 2 to 75 tons. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. Collaborate with design teams to ensure HVAC systems meet specifications and client requirements. Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Adhere to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials such as ammonia in refrigeration systems. Climb ladders and lift up to 70 pounds. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HVAC Technician in the HVAC mechanical field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems. Familiarity with welding and HVAC refrigeration systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools including Ohmmeters for electrical testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. EPA certifications Type I, II, III, and Universal certification. Valid California Driver's License and clean driving history. What You’ll Do
Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues quickly and effectively. Perform routine and emergency service calls for our valued commercial clients. Maintain accurate records of work performed.
