American Staffing is seeking temporary customer service representatives in Rigby
. The customer service representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer and will respond to telephone, email and live chat customer inquiries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
We are looking for a problem solver and someone who can quickly think on their feet and outside of the box.
Jobs duties include but not limited to:
Answer product and service questions; suggestion information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains account info with updates when necessary. Resolves product or service problems and helping with customer's complains to find a solution. Proactively manage the order fulfillment process, enquires/requests for returns, warranties and exchanges. Experience & Skills
Previous customer service experience Type 50 wpm Strong telephone, email and computer skills Organization skills Attention to detail Ability to retain new product knowledge Be a problem solver Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This position is scheduled for a 6-month term with potential to extend or convert if they are a strong fit.
Pay:
