AIおよびデジタル変革ロードマップ策定・実行、AIソリューション開発・導入（プロコード／ロー・ノーコード）、ビジネス分析による業務改善やROI評価 / Formulation and execution of AI and digital transformation roadmaps. Development and implementation of AI solutions (pro-code/low- and no-code). Business analysis for process improvement and ROI evaluation. 社内外との連携：グローバル・ローカルの関係部署との連携、外部パートナー/ベンダーとの協働 / Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: partnerships with global and local departments, and cooperation with external partners and vendors. チェンジリーダーシップ：メンター・トレーニング、デジタル文化醸成、プロジェクトリーダーとしての推進 / Change leadership: mentoring and training, fostering a digital culture, and promoting initiatives as a project leader. 責任範囲：戦略企画提案、PPM（プロジェクト＆ポートフォリオ管理）における改革、成果報告、リーダー層への提言 / Scope of responsibilities: proposing strategic plans, driving reforms in project and portfolio management (PPM), reporting results, and making recommendations to senior leadership. 経験 / Experience
/ Mandatory 企業または組織のデジタル変革・AI導入プロジェクトでのリード／推進経験（目安5年以上） / Lead/drive digital transformation and AI implementation projects (about 5+ years). ビジネス分析や業務改善・アウトカム測定の経験 / Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and outcome measurement. 戦略企画・立案およびプロジェクト実行で成果を出した経験 / Demonstrated success in strategic planning, proposal development, and project execution. 複数部門やステークホルダーとの協働経験 / Collaborative experience with multiple departments and stakeholders. AIソリューション実装経験（プロコード：Python、R、Java等／ロー・ノーコード：Copilot Studio、Power Platform等）/ Experience implementing AI solutions (pro-code: Python, R, Java; low/no-code: Copilot Studio, Power Platform). Experience leading or driving digital transformation and AI adoption projects within companies or organizations (around 5+ years).
