DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S) Inventory Management Support, including supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) book to floor inventory inspections. Create and provide Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS) database inventory reports and As Installed Configuration Management (CM) reports upon request. Provide Material Support Shipment actions, including responding to material shipment request emails and creating shipment documents to facilitate worldwide outgoing and return shipments. Perform COLTS database updates to provide real time status of Program of Record (POR) Spares allocation, location, and material condition. Research Navy Supply’s One Touch Supply database, SATCOM ILS products (e.g., Technical Publications, Approved Parts Lists (APLs)), and other databases to obtain data such as parts weight, dimensions, reference designators, Navy Stock Numbers (NSN), and Source Maintenance and Recoverability Codes (SM&R) to identify POR spares. Support International Partners (IP) Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) systems to respond to IP email notifications of failed parts and create/rout offline ITSM forms. Coordinate Installation Check Out Spares (INCOS) support, including COLTS updates, INCOS international shipments, and failed assets returned to NIWC LANT, CH for No Evidence of Failure (NEOF) testing. Coordinate DEPOT overhaul, modification, and tracking of NMT X-Band High Power Amplifier Power Condition Units, including COLTS modification updates. Coordinate NMT EBEM inventory and management, including creating and submitting offline ITSM tickets to track failed EBEM repair efforts. REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Must have a minimum of three (3) years performing Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment support functions to include Technical data; Training and training support; Preventive Maintenance; Supply support; Configuration Management (CM); Support Equipment; Packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); and program support experience in all Acquisition Categories (ACAT) throughout all life cycle phases (concept to disposal): Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); Data Management (DM); Project Management; In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) fielding and sustainment support. 3+ years of experience using ITSM (Previously REMEDY), COLTS, NDE, SAILOR, ICAPS, CDMD-OA, CMPRO, SPIDER, TDMIS, SME 3 DAS, FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, Haystack, One Touch, and Asset Visibility; develop written instructions, procedures, spreadsheets and other technical documentation (System SOVT, Platform SOVT, SIDS and LARS); perform all duties unsupervised, while supervising lesser experienced co-workers; provide the status of assigned tasks via both prepared and ad hoc oral briefings to project manager and all customers within required scope. Bachelor’s Degree Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1, or have equivalent logistics training or possess an additional two (2) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics. REMARKS

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel. Compensation: $32 - $40 an hour. Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
