Contingent Worker (Contract, W2) Compensation: $54–$62 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role Join a

large biotech pharmaceutical leader

supporting the Global Warehouse team through the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Focus on

physical financial flow (PFF) tolling

and warehouse business processes. Partner with system architects, business process owners, and stakeholders to meet warehouse requirements and achieve a risk-free go-live. Resolve warehouse issues logged in

Jira

and assess cross-functional impacts of system changes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze system specifications and validate warehouse requirements for S/4HANA (WM/SRM/EWM)

Support PFF tolling design/execution within warehouse processes

Prepare, execute, and document

script/test sets ; track defects and resolutions in

Jira

Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and readiness

Support safety, compliance, productivity projects; data/metrics gathering and reporting

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years GMP warehousing

(pharma/biotech strongly preferred)

SAP

experience (WM/SRM/ EWM

preferred)

Script testing / UAT experience and

basic project management

skills

Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

SharePoint ; excellent communication and organization

Critical thinking to assess upstream/downstream impacts on warehouse processes

Preferred Qualifications

On-the-floor warehouse experience in a

cGMP

environment

Experience on geographically dispersed project teams in FDA-regulated industry

Prior supervisory experience (nice to have)

Problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills; initiative, flexibility, adaptability

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work with architects/SMEs to refine warehouse requirements and PFF tolling flows

Execute test scripts, log issues in

Jira , drive resolutions

Monitor readiness, escalate risks, and support cutover/go-live activities

Contribute to warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity initiatives; build KPI reports
