Overview
Business Line Manager - Attachment Tools (Mining Segment) – Location: Remote with flexibility in North America (US & CA). This role reports to the VP Sales Manager North America and is responsible for the expansion of Attachment Tools within the Mining Segment for the Sales Area. Sandvik is a global leader in engineering solutions, specializing in mining and rock excavation, metal-cutting, and materials technology. Our Attachment Tools division focuses on providing innovative and high-quality rock processing products to the mining and construction industry, ensuring efficiency and productivity for our clients. Location : Remote with flexibility in North America (US & CA) Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market growth. Lead and manage the Attachment Tools division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining and quarrying segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and market conditions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven sales experience in the mining industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Extensive travel readiness is required. Benefits
