Position Summary
As the Senior Manager – Advanced Analytics within the DC IB Capacity Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding foundational service metrics like the E2E Fill Rate & DC Fill Rate, which are critical benchmarks of DC operational performance. These metrics are instrumental in diagnosing service failures and driving operational excellence, ultimately improving store availability, in-stock performance, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain operations, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, you will turn data into actionable insights and lead efforts to improve decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll do
Serve as the business lead for the 4ITB team, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to expand service metrics across new networks and channels, addressing both current and future business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, establish timelines and milestones, and oversee metric enhancements and launches.
Spearhead the design, discovery, and implementation of E2E Fill Rate/DC Fill Rate metric enhancements to meet the evolving demands of diverse supply chain networks and channels.
Partner with operations teams and stakeholders to uncover insights into operational processes, nuances, and root causes of service failures.
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improving metric accuracy, scope, and operational relevance.

Supply Chain Expertise: 4–5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, replenishment, or merchandising, with a deep understanding of key metrics like fill rate.

Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams across functions, balancing competing priorities while driving success.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and modern analytics/AI technologies to support metric development and advanced supply chain analyses.
