As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cybba, you will play an integral role in prospecting and qualifying contacts for our e-commerce marketing and advertising services. Cybba’s BDR Team is a highly competitive, fast paced environment focused on developing a revenue and opportunity pipeline for the sales team which supports the entire new business initiative.
Responsibilities
Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound methods
50 Net New daily activities including email, and some phone & social outreach
Effectively deliver Cybba’s value proposition to new prospects
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met
Qualifications
1+ years of sales or relevant experience
Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
Excellent listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
Willingness to try new things and "fall on your face"
