Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead for its Android team. The role involves driving business strategy on scaled and emerging products within the Platforms and Devices (P&D) organization. Responsibilities include leading Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, planning, and program management for the global Android OEM team, coordinating with Android and Commercial Partnerships teams, and running initiatives supporting key business objectives. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, or Program Management, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience working with executive level stakeholders. Experience in the hardware, OEM, mobile devices, telecom, consumer electronics, or other relevant technology industries. Preferred Qualifications
MBA, JD or equivalent advanced degree. Experience with structuring strategy for business organizations including experience in either management consulting or within internal strategy teams. Experience with key products/businesses including mobile devices, OEMs, Telcos, and AI. Understanding of the partner and market landscape for Platforms and Devices (P&D) products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
